Tourbo (tourbo.ai).

1. Using Tourbo

Tourbo is an AI travel concierge that helps you search, book and manage travel. You must be able to form a binding contract to use it, and you're responsible for activity under your account.

2. The Concierge is assistance, not advice

Concierge answers (including visa and safety information) are AI-generated and may be incomplete or outdated. They are not legal, immigration, medical, or financial advice. Always verify critical details with the official sources we cite before you rely on them or book.

3. Bookings & payments

Flights are sourced and ticketed via Duffel; fares and availability can change until a booking is confirmed. Payments are processed by Stripe. A booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds and the airline order is issued; if an order fails after payment, we refund the charge automatically.

4. Subscriptions & top-ups

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. A $0.99 "+1 hour" AI top-up grants additional Concierge messages for that day. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.

5. Your content & data

You retain ownership of the data you provide. Our handling of it is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

Tourbo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tourbo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for travel-provider actions (delays, cancellations, denied boarding).

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
